Qualifications

• 2+ years in data reporting, BI, data analysis, or related analytics role.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, maintain and enhance reports, dashboards, data extracts, and analytics using IBM Cognos, SQL, Python, and other approved tools.
• Collaborate with business units to translate reporting needs into data solutions and provide dependable reporting support.
• Write, optimize, and validate SQL queries to retrieve data from enterprise sources.
• Use Python to automate data preparation, validation, analysis, reconciliation, and reporting workflows.
• Develop and maintain IBM Cognos reports and packages aligned to business requirements.
• Validate reporting outputs for accuracy and identify data quality issues with data owners and tech partners.
• Create clear reporting summaries to help management spot trends and track key metrics.
• Maintain reporting documentation including specs, data definitions, and production schedules.
• Support reporting needs across regulatory, audit, finance, and risk functions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
