Job summary

Community Banks of Colorado is seeking a Reporting Analyst to deliver data-driven insights that shape business line objectives and strategy. You will develop reporting to track outcomes, model forecasts, and support new programs, acting as the go-to expert on core banking systems for commercial and specialty banking.

You will collaborate across lines of business, manage multiple analyses, and ensure data accuracy while contributing to enterprise-wide initiatives and planning efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent combination of education and related work experience.
• 2 years analyzing commercial banking production or banking operations.
• 1 year working with BIC reporting.

Responsibilities

• Identify KPIs and deliver reporting to monitor business outcomes.
• Support incentive-based plans for commercial and specialty banking.
• Create reports, dashboards and analytics to communicate insights.
• Serve as SME for core banking systems for commercial banking.
• Perform ad-hoc research and analysis.
• Forecasting reports and data modeling for future objectives.
