• Assesses and reports achievement, attendance, and performance.
• Manages student behavior per conduct codes and policies.
• Leads conferences with parents, counselors, and administrators.
• Performs meetings, trainings, and instructional duties as required.
• Supervises paraprofessionals and student aides as needed.
