Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake pastries such as Baklava, Basbousa, Kunafa, and other Middle Eastern desserts.
• Maintain consistency and quality across all production batches.
• Collaborate with team to meet daily bakery needs.

Yaz's Table Boutique Cafe & Bakery is looking for an experienced baker with a passion for authentic Middle Eastern pastries.

We're searching for someone who has hands-on experience making traditional specialties such as:

• Baklava
• Basbousa
• Kunafa
• Ghorayeba
• Kahk
• Warbat
• Baklawa rolls
• Other Egyptian, Lebanese, Syrian, Palestinian, Turkish, or Middle Eastern desserts

If you grew up making these recipes, learned from family, or have professional bakery experience, we'd love to meet you.

We're looking for someone who takes pride in quality, consistency, and craftsmanship—someone who understands that every tray leaving the kitchen represents generations of tradition.

This position can be part-time or full-time depending on experience.
