Job summary

Arnoff Moving & Storage is seeking a Warehouse Assistant in Malta, NY to support fulfillment operations. The role starts at 11:00 am with a Monday–Friday schedule, offering full-time hours and paid training on forklifts and electric pallet jacks.

You will pick, pack, and ship orders, receive inventory, and use a WMS with handheld scanners to ensure accuracy and efficiency. The position emphasizes safety, organizational skills, and reliability, with a chance to grow within the company and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of warehouse experience.
• Good safety record and organizational habits.
• Basic math skills; comfortable with email, spreadsheets, and Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and ship fulfillment orders accurately and on time.
• Receive and store incoming inventory and load outbound shipments.
• Keep stock organized and inventory accurate per procedures.
• Operate forklifts and electric pallet jacks (training provided).
• Use handheld scanners and WMS to track orders and pallets.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse.
