Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications may be beneficial.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is a plus.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) and follow safety procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
• Basic computer skills for inventory management and order tracking.
• Physical fitness and the ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
• Must be able to lift to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Order picking and packing using RF scanner with verification of items.
• Receiving and unloading shipments; document damaged items and label storage.
• Maintain inventory records and perform cycle counts.
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks; move materials and stack safely.
• Prepare shipping labels and paperwork; load/unload trucks.
• Inspect products for quality and report defects.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness in the warehouse.
• Collaborate with teammates and supervisors; assist in training new staff.
