Job summary

DeLallo is seeking a Morning Shift Warehouse Associate to ensure orders are picked, packed, and ready for delivery. You will use a voice-directed system, operate pallet jacks, and keep the warehouse clean and organized to meet daily deadlines.

This position requires standing, lifting up to 75 lbs, and the ability to work 5–6 days with overtime as needed. On-the-job training is provided and opportunities for growth exist within the company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• On-the-job training provided.
• Warehouse experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick, palletize, and prepare large orders according to procedures.
• Safely operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
• Wrap, label, and stage customer orders accurately.
• Conduct checks to ensure products meet quality standards and report discrepancies or damage.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse and ensure clear access to emergency exits.
• Follow safety guidelines and report hazards to management.
