Job summary

Berkeley Research Group, LLC is seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead end-to-end design across new and evolving platforms. This role focuses on shaping user experiences that enable data-driven decision-making through close collaboration with a technically innovative team.

The Senior Product Designer will translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI specifications, while guiding a design team and advocating for the user throughout product development.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of experience as a UI/UX designer.
• Compelling portfolio demonstrating clean design execution and a strong design process.
• Demonstrated experience working in UX, Visual Design, or IA within multi-disciplinary teams across both technology and design.

Responsibilities

• Translate concepts and visions into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity mockups, and detailed UI design specifications for development.
• Participate in activities that support learning, practice, and evolution of design practices for a more agile process.
• Lead, coach, and engage the design team to ensure goals are met and high-quality delivery.
• Represent the voice of the customer by balancing user needs with business goals and technical constraints.
• Provide design leadership through presentations to cross-functional teams and influence design standards.
