• 5+ years designing, shipping and evolving digital products.
• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design from research to launch.
• Proficiency in designing for responsive web and mobile apps with emphasis on interaction and visuals.
• Proficiency in Figma including prototyping, design systems, and developer handoff.
• Ability to work with ambiguity and simplify complex concepts for users.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product design process from discovery to launch and iteration.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, scientists, clinicians, and stakeholders to define problems and deliver solutions.
• Translate complex health information into clear, trustworthy experiences with input from clinicians and data scientists.
• Translate customer insights into product improvements via user research, analytics, and post-launch feedback.
• Design intuitive, accessible experiences that empower users to take meaningful action.
