Job Description:

Parsons is seeking a talented Mid System Administrator to join our team.

What You'll Be Doing:

1. Maintaining smooth operation of multi-user computer systems, including coordination with network engineers.
2. Monitoring and managing system resources such as CPU usage, disk usage, and response times to ensure efficiency.
3. Performing systems security administration, including creating user profiles and accounts.
4. Additional duties may include setting up administrator accounts, maintaining documentation, tuning system performance, installing software, and managing storage space.
5. Interacting with users and evaluating vendor products.
6. Recommending hardware and software purchases, coordinating installations, and providing backup recovery.
7. Developing and monitoring policies for the use of computing resources.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

1. Experience with applying technical standards, principles, and theories.
2. Ability to work under general supervision, providing solutions to moderate technical problems.
3. Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) with 2+ years of experience, or a Master's degree with 0+ years of experience.
4. Must possess TS/SCI Clearance with CI Poly.

Minimum Clearance Required to Start:

Top Secret SCI with Polygraph
