Core-Mark International is seeking a highly organized Warehouse Manager to oversee all warehouse operations, including shipping and receiving of a variety of products. The ideal candidate will manage inventory, optimize layout, supervise staff, and ensure efficient processes to meet customer demands.

The role involves maintaining inventory accuracy, implementing safety protocols, and driving continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 4–6 years of warehouse supervisory experience.
• Experience with inventory management systems and WMS.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage 50+ associates and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to maximize productivity and reduce costs.
• Lead a team of 50+ associates and supervisors across an assigned shift, including staffing and coaching.
• Coordinate with Transportation Manager to ensure efficient scheduling and timely product delivery.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement for low stock or seasonal needs.
• Ensure safety standards and procedures are followed across the operation.
• Collaborate with logistics, procurement, and customer service to meet customer requirements.
