SRI Healthcare, LLC is seeking a Quality Assurance Assistant to support quality control functions in North Carolina. This full-time role involves ensuring compliance with SOPs, assisting in staff training, and maintaining quality records in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Candidates should possess strong attention to detail and effective communication skills.

SRI operates three regional processing facilities located in Raleigh, NC, Chattanooga, TN, and Mason, OH. Our state-of-the-art, FDA-regulated service centers provide daily processing, assembly, and delivery of reusable products required for surgery.
SRI is the only “one stop shop” service provider in U.S. currently serving all healthcare-related end markets with Sterilized Reusable Surgical Solutions.
Assist Quality Assurance Supervisor in the duties of quality inspection and control at facility-level.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 2 years of quality assurance or quality control training and/or experience preferred. Prior experience internal to Synergy Health will be considered in lieu of direct previous quality assurance responsibilities.
EDUCATION: High school diploma or GED required. Two-year Degree preferred.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: None
WORKING CONDITIONS: Indoor plant environment with occasional exposure to uneven temperatures, bio-hazardous materials and strong odorous chemicals and/or other elements.
