Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Cleaner for the mid shift (12 PM – 8 PM) to perform general office cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, trash and recycling removal, dust mopping and damp mopping floors, and restocking restrooms in a professional office setting.

The role requires adherence to safety procedures, ability to follow written and verbal instructions, and willingness to work evenings or weekends for emergencies. Prior cleaning experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of safe use of cleaning agents and equipment.
• Willing to work evenings or weekends (on call) in case of an emergency.
• Reliable, thorough, observant, organized, flexible and courteous.
• Effective listener and team player.
• Understand written or verbal instructions from supervisor.
• Some cleaning experience and basic mechanical knowledge preferred.
• Safety protocols and procedures must be followed.
• Carries out work orders as directed.

Responsibilities

• Daily interior cleaning of the building including trash removal, vacuuming, dusting, and restocking restrooms.
• May perform exterior cleaning and basic maintenance as directed.
• Promptly notify management of spills, safety issues, or equipment problems.
• Safely operate cleaning tools and chemicals to protect floors, fixtures, and personnel.
