Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Cleaner for a mid-shift role in a professional office environment. The position runs Monday through Friday, 12PM to 8PM, performing general cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, restocking restrooms, and trash/recycling duties.

Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and work evenings as needed is expected. Responsibilities include exterior and interior cleaning tasks as directed, proper use of cleaning agents, and maintaining safe, orderly workspaces in accordance with

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, Trade, Technical, or Vocational school.
• Some related cleaning experience.
• Willingness to work evenings or weekends in case of emergency.

Responsibilities

• Daily interior cleaning of the building, restrooms, and common areas.
• Vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and restocking supplies.
• Notify management of spills, hazards, or repairs promptly.
