You will collaborate with physicians and cross-functional teams, perform initial screenings, and educate patients on health topics. A valid license and CPR/BLS are required, with a focus on high-quality, compliant care.

Qualifications

• Current, valid state LPN/LVN license to practice.
• HS diploma or GED required; related degree preferred.
• 1–3 years in healthcare, preferably in correctional care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, assess vitals, and administer prescribed meds.
• Document care and communicate with physicians and staff.
• Perform initial screenings on entry and monitor patient progress.
