Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Mid-Senior Test Engineer to support a high-impact program for government stakeholders. The role focuses on testing, planning, and validating a large-scale SATCOM system within an existing infrastructure, with emphasis on PKI and Agile practices.

You will collaborate with senior engineers, test teams, and customers to define priorities, prepare test environments, and execute formal test events throughout the development lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, with 8+ years of related experience preferred.
• Experience testing across full system development life cycle and formal test events.

Responsibilities

• Define test priorities with senior engineers and stakeholders.
• Coordinate test environment preparation, test procedures, and test events.
• Track cross-team dependencies for program release testing.
• Interface with software and systems engineers in an Agile Scrum setting.
• Apply BDD within the Agile framework to ensure quality.
• Plan, execute, and oversee regression testing for customer builds.
• Prepare test artifacts including plans, descriptions, and reports.
• Collaborate with automated test teams and CI pipelines.
