Job summary

Rinker Design Associates, LLC (RDA) is seeking a passionate Roadway Engineer to join our Transportation Platform team in Virginia Beach. You will design roads, highways, and traffic management systems, collaborating with planners, engineers, and public agencies to deliver high-quality infrastructure.

The role requires 4–8 years of hands-on transportation design or project management, with a Virginia PE or EIT aiming for PE within a year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Transportation Engineering (or related field).
• 4–8 years of hands-on experience in transportation design and/or project management.
• PE license in Virginia or EIT with the ability to obtain PE within 1 year.
• Familiarity with VDOT standards and project delivery processes.
• Proficiency in MicroStation preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and team collaboration skills.
