Job summary

Ashurst Perkins Coie seeks a mid-level to senior associate attorney for our Restructuring & Special Situations group across offices including New York. You will work on out-of-court workouts and in-court proceedings for debtors, committees, acquirers, and creditors with strong academic credentials and 3–6 years of bankruptcy experience.

Bankruptcy clerkship is preferred. This role offers an annual discretionary bonus and comprehensive benefits. Compensation range: $260,000 to $390,000 annually.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of commercial bankruptcy experience at a national law firm.
• Bankruptcy clerkship experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent debtors, official committees, acquirers, and significant creditors in out‑of‑court workouts and in‑court proceedings nationwide.
• Involved in bankruptcy litigation matters including fraudulent and preferential transfers.
