Ideal candidates will have 3–6 years of commercial bankruptcy experience at a national law firm; bankruptcy clerkship is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of commercial bankruptcy experience at a national law firm.

Responsibilities

• Represent debtors, official committees, acquirers, and significant creditors in out-of-court workouts and in-court proceedings nationwide.
• Assist in bankruptcy litigation matters involving fraudulent and preferential transfers.
• Contribute to a collaborative, client-focused Restructuring & Special Situations practice.
