Ashurst Perkins Coie US LLP is seeking a mid-level to senior associate attorney to join our Restructuring & Special Situations group in Chicago and other offices. The role supports debtors, committees, acquirers and creditors in out-of-court workouts and in-court proceedings across the nation.

The ideal candidate has 3–6 years of commercial bankruptcy experience at a national law firm; bankruptcy clerkship is preferred.
