Ashurst Perkins Coie Group is seeking a mid-level to senior-level associate attorney to join our Restructuring & Special Situations group. This position is open to our Chicago, Dallas, Los Angeles, New York, Phoenix, and Seattle offices.

We represent debtors, committees, acquirers and creditors in out-of-court workouts and in-court proceedings nationwide, and handle bankruptcy litigation matters involving fraudulent and preferential transfers.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of commercial bankruptcy experience at a national law firm.
• Bankruptcy clerkship experience preferred.
• Mid-level to senior associate attorney.

Responsibilities

• Represent debtors, official committees, acquirers and creditors in workouts and in-court proceedings nationwide.
• Advise on bankruptcy litigation matters involving fraudulent and preferential transfers.

Our Restructuring & Special Situations group represents debtors, official committees, acquirers, and significant creditors in both out-of-court workouts and in-court proceedings throughout the nation. In addition, the Restructuring & Special Situations group represents clients in bankruptcy litigation matters involving fraudulent and preferential transfers.
The ideal candidate will have excellent academic credentials and 3-6 years of commercial bankruptcy experience at a national law firm. Bankruptcy clerkship experience is preferred.
Principals only.

Compensation range: $260,000 to $390,000 annually. Compensation depends on qualifications and experience.
