The ideal candidate has 3–6 years of commercial bankruptcy experience at a national law firm; bankruptcy clerkship is preferred. Compensation ranges with a discretionary bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of commercial bankruptcy experience at a national law firm.
• Bankruptcy clerkship experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent debtors, official committees, acquirers, and significant creditors in bankruptcy matters.
• Handle out-of-court workouts and in-court proceedings.
• Assist in bankruptcy litigation matters involving fraudulent and preferential transfers.
