The role involves drafting and negotiating real estate documents, handling purchase agreements, development-related agreements, and property management contracts, while mentoring junior attorneys and serving clients directly.

Qualifications

• 5th-8th year associate with significant experience in real estate transactions.
• Strong writing, communication, and project management skills.
• Experience in real estate development and joint venture work preferred.
• Sound judgment and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Education: JD from an ABA-approved law school.
• Certifications: Active member of the Bar in the jurisdiction(s) of practice.

Responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate, and manage documents related to real estate and financing transactions.
• Engage in purchase and sale agreements, licenses, leases, and loan agreements.
• Handle easements, CC&Rs, development-related agreements, and property management agreements.
• Interact directly with partners and clients, providing outstanding client service.
• Mentor and support junior attorneys.
