- Experience in real estate development and joint venture work preferred.
- Sound judgment and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Responsibilities
- Draft, negotiate, and manage documents related to real estate and financing transactions.
- Engage in purchase and sale agreements, licenses, leases, and loan agreements.
- Handle easements, CC&Rs, development-related agreements, and property management agreements.
- Interact directly with partners and clients, providing outstanding client service.
- Mentor and support junior attorneys.
