We are seeking a mid-level HVAC Service Technician who adds value to a strong team and wants to continue learning. This is a service-focused role working on modern, high-quality systems with excellent operational support so you can focus on your craft.
You will be supported by:

Service Manager: 15+ years of field and leadership experience
Master Plumber: Licensed for 35 years
Team: Decades of combined trade experience across HVAC, plumbing, hydronics, and construction
Ownership: Actively involved and fully behind excellent service
You will not be left to “figure it out alone.”
Diagnose, service, and repair HVAC systems with emphasis on:
Air-source heat pumps (mini-split and ducted)
Ground-source / geothermal heat pump systems
Perform refrigerant handling: leak detection, recovery, evacuation, and charging
Measure and interpret system performance:
Pressures, temperatures, airflow, static pressure, CFM
Diagnose low- and high-voltage electrical systems and controls
Perform preventative maintenance and system optimization
Read Installation & Operation Manuals (IOMs) first and service equipment accordingly
Document every service call thoroughly

Notes
Findings
Recommendations
Ensure all information is properly entered into the system before closing calls
This is non-negotiable and part of delivering 5-star service.
Deliver 5-star customer service on every call
Communicate clearly, professionally, and confidently
Build and maintain strong relationships with:
Property managers
Builders
General contractors
Strong industry relationships are phenomenal and compensated.
Work independently while aligning with company standards
Assist in mentoring helpers or junior technicians when assigned
Maintain a positive, professional attitude with customers and teammates

2+ years HVAC service experience (residential and/or light commercial)
EPA 608 Certification (required)
Strong electrical and refrigeration troubleshooting skills
Ability to read wiring diagrams, service manuals, and manufacturers’ instructions
Comfortable using mobile devices, email, and service software
Valid driver’s license with insurable driving record
High school diploma or GED
College degree not required
Plumber / Electrical License(s) preferred
Ground-source / geothermal or hydronic experience
NATE or equivalent certifications
Existing relationships with property managers, builders, or GCs
Compensation: Competitive hourly pay based on experience, certifications, and value brought to the team
