Job summary

Wayfair in Greensboro, NC is seeking a Transportation Associate to join our logistics team. You will help ensure fast, reliable delivery options as goods move from suppliers to customers, while upholding outbound quality and carrier operations within our middle mile network.

Key responsibilities include loading quality checks, building partnerships with fulfillment teams, coordinating with carriers, and updating the TMS with movements and reports.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in warehousing or transportation.
• Experience using a Transportation Management System (TMS) and proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Quality checks on loading to ensure proper utilization and securement.
• Build strong partnerships with fulfillment teams, leads, and supervisors.
• Coordinate with truckload and small parcel carriers for schedules and on-time pickups.
• Update the Manhattan TMS with movements, milestones and reports.
• Maintain reliable attendance and support in-person facility operations.
