Job summary

Payoneer is hiring an Onboarding Associate for the GTM organization in Manila. You will support SMB onboarding journeys, drive KYC approvals, and identify revenue opportunities while shaping onboarding strategy for the territory.

The role is based in Manila with a hybrid, full-time arrangement. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in B2B SMB sales, is fluent in English, and comfortable collaborating with Marketing, Partnerships, and Operations to fuel growth.

Rolesummary

We’re looking for a highly talented Onboarding Associate for the GTM organization, based in our Manila office. The ideal candidate is an energetic, motivated, and experienced professional who can learn quickly in a fast-paced environment. You will support our customers’ onboarding journey and growth. You will be responsible for identifying key revenue opportunities and providing optimal customer experience. You will also play an active role in shaping the onboarding strategy for the country, developing various customer segments, and leading the way for flawless execution of the onboarding motion in the assigned territory.

What you’ll do

• Support new SMB customers on their Payoneer onboarding journey:
  1. Using CRM tools such as Salesforce, Salesloft, Marketo to drive KYC approvals for our new customers; providing phone call / email / whatsapp / messenger support for customer KYC approval.
  2. Strong customer engagement, objection handling and negotiation to draft win-win deals with target customers
  3. Scalable email communication with new accounts while collaborating with various cross functional teams
  4. Troubleshooting operational and payment issues for new customers with their first
• Partner with central functions and regional sales teams across different verticals to drive new business growth
• Working closely with our e-commerce customers from Amazon, Shopee, eBay and others for a seamless onboarding experience
• Analyze customer trends and user behavior to identify opportunities for scalable outreach and execute test-and-learn projects. Be the voice of the customer within the Payoneer ecosystem.
• Collaborating with cross functional teams such as Marketing, Partnerships, Enterprise, and Operations to support new seller acquisition initiatives for marketplaces
• Coordinate, facilitate and co-host industry events, workshops, seminars with partners and marketplace platforms, including follow-ups and other logistical matters.
• Proactively share feedback, insights and ideas in team meetings to contribute towards new business growth

As a key member of the sales organization, you will get a chance to contribute to the growth of the organization and provide business solutions to customers leveraging your market insights and business acumen.

Who you are

• Bachelor’s degree holder
• 5+ years of experience engaging with B2B SMB sales/service experience is a huge advantage.
• Good sales acumen; ability to multi-task and stay on track to deliver against deadlines
• Good knowledge of Microsoft office – Excel, Word,
• Fluency in English. Fluency in one other Asian language is an advantage.
• Good team player, highly self-motivated with a growth mindset.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong desire to learn industry best practices and contribute to the organization
