Responsibilities

• Deliver expert support for Mid-Market QuickBooks users via phone and chat; troubleshoot complex software issues.
• Act as voice of the Mid-Market customer; collaborate with Learning & Development, Sales, and Product Management to relay feedback.
• Identify trends and opportunities to differentiate service and improve the customer experience.
• Guide clients through advanced QuickBooks Online features, including invoicing, payroll, and setup.
• Stay current with updates and new features to serve as trusted advisor.
