Job summary

Charter Communications, operating as Spectrum, seeks a Mid Market Account Manager to expand relationships with existing customers in the Mid-market and Enterprise segments, upselling voice, data, cloud and video services while renewing contracts. You will lead consultative proposals, manage revenue quotas, and collaborate with Account Executives and Sales Support to ensure seamless handoffs and successful outcomes.

Office-based with occasional travel; strong CRM and Excel skills preferred.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED is required.
Experience in account management or sales in telecommunications B2B.
Knowledge of computers, networking, Internet solutions and fiber networks.

Responsibilities

Upsell voice, data, cloud and video services to existing customers and secure contract renewals.
Win back former customers with compelling solutions and incentives.
Achieve monthly revenue quotas through strategic account management and targeted activities.
Initiate contact with prospective clients via calls, visits, networking and events.
Develop customer-centric proposals that articulate Spectrum's value proposition.
Collaborate with Account Executive and Account Consultant teams for seamless handoffs.
Maintain sales databases to track activity and customer information.
Work with Sales Support and Marketing to drive successful account outcomes.
Participate in sales meetings and training to deepen knowledge.
