Job summary

Accenture Mid-market is expanding; as a Sales and Delivery Lead for Mid-Market Talent ( ADP, UKG ), you will oversee delivery execution across multiple programs, ensuring quality outcomes, client satisfaction, and strong team performance.

You will partner with Sales and Solution teams to standardize delivery, build reusable assets and templatized offers to speed value, and contribute to proposals and lead client Orals.

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading delivery for large multi-program transformations.
• 8+ years delivering governance, risk management and planning.
• 8+ years supporting bids, proposals, and Orals in enterprise settings.
• 8+ years leading teams and building high-performing delivery teams.
• 5+ years building reusable assets and accelerators.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (12 years) work.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery across multiple programs with measurable outcomes.
• Manage planning, governance, escalations and delivery risk.
• Ensure standardization, discipline and continuous improvement.
• Coach teams and partner with HR/leadership on capability building.
• Collaborate with Sales and Solution teams to shape delivery strategy.
• Support proposal development with delivery approach, governance, staffing, and plans.
• Participate in bid Orals and executive discussions; lead oral sessions when required.
• Coordinate with SMEs to ensure consistent messaging.
