Job summary

Accenture is expanding its Mid-market Talent team and seeks a Sales and Delivery Lead to oversee delivery across multiple programs, align with Sales and Solution teams, and drive standardization and reusable assets for faster value realization.

The role requires 8+ years in delivery leadership, governance, bids, and team development, with a Bachelor's degree. Strong collaboration with stakeholders will be essential, and the role emphasizes accelerators and Playbooks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years' experience leading delivery for multi-program transformations and stakeholder management.
• Minimum 8+ years' experience with delivery governance, risk management, and program planning.
• Minimum 8+ years' experience supporting bids (RFP/RFI), proposals, and/or Orals in enterprise environments.
• Minimum 8+ years' experience leading people and teams; improving delivery performance across onshore and offshore.
• Minimum 5+ years' experience building reusable assets, accelerators, or offerings.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery across multiple programs or engagements with MM T&O portfolio.
• Drive standardization, reusable assets, accelerators, and solution offers to improve speed and value.
• Collaborate with Sales, Solution Architecture, and bid teams to shape delivery strategy during pursuits.
• Participate in bid Orals and executive discussions to present delivery strategy and execution confidence.
