Position Summary

We’re currently seeking a Mid-Market Customer Success Manager to join our team remotely. This role involves building relationships and proactively managing all aspects of assigned enterprise accounts. Responsibilities include resolving client issues promptly, escalating as necessary, and proactively identifying risks to reduce churn. This is a fully remote position, open to candidates anywhere in the US. The salary range is approximately $50,000-$60,000.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain client relationships through disciplined account planning to enhance satisfaction and increase account penetration.
  • Handle customer complaints by investigating problems and providing solutions.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of our solutions and their benefits for customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve support quality and efficiency.
  • Drive strategic add-on sales and renewals with enterprise customers.
  • Build trusted advisor relationships with assigned accounts.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but not mandatory.
  • At least 2 years of B2B account management experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with CRM software, preferably Salesforce.
