What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build strong relationships with upmarket customers and guide them through their Payment Hero journey
- Coordinate and lead strategic business reviews with large organizational teams
- Manage customer onboarding and ongoing success plans to achieve business outcomes
- Collaborate with various teams to support customer goals and create clarity in communication
- Proactively identify risks and growth opportunities within the customer portfolio
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of experience in a Customer Success Manager, Account Manager, or similar customer-facing role, preferably in a SaaS environment
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of large organizations, especially with C-Suite executives
- Strong empathy for customers and a passion for revenue growth
- Demonstrated resourcefulness and ability to multitask and prioritize competing needs
- Quick understanding of technology solutions and industry challenges in construction
