Job description

Customer Success Manager, Mid-Market, Levelset

We’re seeking a Customer Success Manager to enhance utilization, retention, and growth within our upmarket customer segment. This role involves acting as a trusted advisor, fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders, and guiding customers through their Payment Hero journey from onboarding to renewal. The goal is to ensure customers are supported, educated, and fully engaged with our platform throughout their lifecycle.

The successful candidate will manage a designated portfolio, aiming to increase adoption, stabilize retention, and promote loyalty through strategic business reviews and daily interactions. Building C-Level relationships, providing ROI analysis, and delivering industry and technological thought leadership aligned with Procore’s values of Openness, Optimism, and Ownership are key responsibilities.

This role requires collaboration with Sales, Support, Research, and Implementation teams to support customer success and achievement of their business objectives. It is highly visible and expansive, reporting to the Manager of Mid-Market and Enterprise Customer Success, with remote options in Austin, TX, or New Orleans, LA. Immediate joining is preferred.

Responsibilities include:
  1. Understanding and applying best practices to retain and grow upmarket accounts, reducing churn.
  2. Leading strategic business reviews with large organizational teams.
  3. Managing onboarding and success plans to meet customer outcomes.
  4. Partnering across teams to support customer goals and create clarity.
  5. Building trust with key stakeholders through effective communication.
  6. Forecasting risks and identifying growth opportunities.
  7. Remaining current on industry trends to suggest product improvements.
  8. Up to 25% travel to customer sites may be required.
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar in SaaS, preferably with larger upmarket clients.
  • Resourceful with multitasking and prioritization skills.
  • Quick understanding of Levelset’s technology and construction industry challenges.
  • Experience engaging with all organizational levels, especially C-Suite.
  • Empathy, passion for growth, innovative mindset, results-oriented, proactive, adaptable.
Additional Info:

Base salary ranges from $58,666 to $80,665 plus commissions, with an estimated on-target earning of $73,332 to $100,832. Equity options are available. Compensation is based on skills, experience, education, and location.
