Job summary

CAC Group, part of The Baldwin Group, is seeking a Senior/Junior Account Manager to manage internal delivery and client-facing renewal activities for Middle Market accounts. You will coordinate data, prepare renewal materials, and participate in strategy meetings with underwriters and clients.

The role involves renewing client relationships, ensuring timely data flow, and supporting the Senior AE/Producer in complex accounts. A fast-paced, confidential environment is emphasized.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years of relevant work experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Professionalism and confidentiality.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to train other team members in duties & responsibilities of Junior Account Manager role.

Responsibilities

• Service all aspects of the renewal process, new business preparation and ongoing needs for clients and prospects; works with Producers, Account Executives, Claims and other team members.
• Coordinate renewal data, calling on underwriters for required materials and setting up renewal strategy meetings.
• Create client proposals including quotes, marketing summary, coverage and financial comparisons.
