Job summary

CAC Group, part of The Baldwin Group, is a leading insurance broker and advisor. We seek a detail‑oriented professional to manage renewals, prepare outputs, and coordinate certificates, IDs, and endorsements for clients in a fast‑paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years P&C experience, licensed or pursuing a license, and strong MS Office, Salesforce, and EPIC skills to ensure accurate policy administration and timely renewals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years of P&C insurance experience required.
• State license required, or obtained within 60 days of hire.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Salesforce, EPIC experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Discuss renewal strategy with A/E internally for renewals.
• Prepare renewal outputs: review certificate holder lists and provide to client.
• Confirm manuscript certificates needed and distribute as required.
• Understand Auto ID Cards distribution for clients and related tasks.
• Determine Work Comp posting needs and how to distribute.
• Send quotes to client and obtain bind order as needed.
• Determine if Premium Financing is needed and obtain quotes.
• Create Policy file in shared drive after binders arrive.
• Send binders to client, input subjectivities into EPIC and coordinate with CAC Binders.
• Complete invoices and send to client.
• Issue and distribute renewal outputs.
• Follow up with carriers for policies and with brokers for policy checks.
• Ensure policies are placed in EPIC and Maintain records (policies, endorsements, invoices, IDs, certificates).
• Monitor expiration dates of all policies and handle audits.
• Handle ad hoc requests for certificates, auto ID cards, endorsements.
• Set up new clients in EPIC and coordinate with brokers to obtain copies of policies.
• Review prior Schedule of Insurance and update as needed in CAC system.
• Review Auto ID Cards and import as needed.
• Develop and maintain account handling instructions and plan renewals for next year.
• Follow up with client for payment and resolve accounting issues.
