Job summary

CAC Group, part of The Baldwin Group, is seeking an AVP, Account Executive for Financial Lines to lead renewal, marketing submissions and advisory services for private company clients. You will collaborate with Producers, Claims, and Account Managers to meet production goals and deliver exceptional client service.

Must have a Bachelor’s Degree, a state license, and 5–7 years of relevant experience, with strong communication and multitasking abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; substantial work experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
• State-specific license required.
• 5-7 years relevant experience.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
• Strong multitasking & time management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of renewal process, new business preparation and ongoing service needs for clients and prospects with internal teams.
• Technically proficient in all coverages serviced by the team.
• Negotiate skillfully in tough situations with internal and external groups.
• Assist with renewal meetings to present results to client contacts.
• Lead client meetings when necessary and participate in prospect meetings.
• Analyze financial data and claims information for program options and renewals.
• Prepare renewal submissions and analyze quotes for accuracy.
• Coordinate submission flow to insure timely market submissions.
