What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Proactively engage with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention while identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to address customer concerns and enhance the customer experience
- Manage all contract-related processes including renewals, amendments, and negotiations
- Assist in shaping account planning and expansion execution processes
- Utilize new technologies to streamline sales processes and improve customer engagement
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a client-facing account management role
- At least 3 years of successful sales achievements, preferably within a cloud-based software company
- Proven track record of solution selling and consistent quota achievement in excess of $1MM
- Experience developing strategies to leverage technology solutions for account growth
