• Assist in design/construction of complex wastewater facilities and infrastructure, including budgets, schedules, contracts, and quality standards.
• Develop civil engineering plans and specifications for water projects.
• Prepare cost estimates and review contractor submittals.
• Assist project managers with permitting submittals and field activities.
