Job summary

Carollo Engineers, a premier water-focused engineering firm, seeks a Senior Wastewater Process Engineer in Florida. You will lead innovative process design efforts for wastewater and reuse projects, mentor junior staff, and oversee mid- to large-sized projects across Florida and nationwide.

Required: Bachelor's in Civil/Environmental/Chemical Engineering, 10+ years of wastewater design, and PE licensure. Strong client communication and project management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or Chemical Engineering.
• 10+ years of wastewater and reuse design experience with hydraulics, physical, chemical, and biological treatment processes.
• Registration as a Professional Engineer.
• Experience managing medium- to large-sized projects with budget, schedule, and quality accountability.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and project teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead innovative process design efforts and provide technical expertise on complex wastewater projects.
• Supervise a multi-discipline team and mentor junior staff.
• Serve as project manager for mid- to large-sized projects and manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Develop proposals, interviews, and contribute to qualifications and proposals.
