Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active California Bar membership in good standing.
• Trust litigation experience preferred; commercial, business, or real estate litigators encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in trust and estate disputes
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
• Advise clients and maintain strong relationships
• Appear in court, mediations, and negotiations
• Develop litigation strategies in collaboration with colleagues
• Stay current on trusts and estates law through continuing education
