Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a lateral mid-level tax associate in Washington, DC. The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of tax experience, including renewable energy tax credits or corporate transactions with private equity, and is capable of guiding complex tax issues with precision.

The role requires JD from an accredited law school, active Bar membership in the jurisdiction, and an in-office presence of at least 3 days per week to collaborate within a seasoned tax practice.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of tax experience, including renewable energy tax credits or corporate tax transactions.
• Strong writing and drafting abilities are required.
• Active Bar admission in the state of residence or eligibility to waive in.
• In-office presence at least 3 business days per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal tax advice related to renewable energy tax credits.
• Assist in corporate transactions and mergers & acquisitions.
• Draft and review legal documents with attention to detail.
