Ideal candidates have a JD from a top-tier law school, NY bar admission, 3–5 years of relevant experience with banks or asset managers, and strong drafting/negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in New York.
• 3–5 years of experience representing investment banks and/or asset managers in structuring and documenting CLO transactions.

Responsibilities

• Represent lenders in financing transactions including acquisition financings and syndicated facilities.
• Draft and negotiate loan documents and related materials.
• Coordinate due diligence and oversee deal execution.
