Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in New York.
• 3–5 years of substantive experience representing investment banks and/or asset managers in structuring and documenting CLO transactions.

Responsibilities

• Represent lenders in a broad range of financing transactions, including acquisition financings and syndicated credit facilities.
• Draft and negotiate loan documents and related transactional materials.
• Coordinate and conduct due diligence, and oversee all aspects of deal execution.
• Collaborate with partners and clients to develop and implement deal strategies.
• Work closely with cross-office teams on multi-jurisdictional matters.
