Job summary

Our client, a prominent AmLaw 50 firm in New York, seeks a Mid-Level Finance Associate Attorney to join their growing structured finance practice. You will work on sophisticated transactions and collaborate with cross-office teams on multi-jurisdictional matters.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience representing investment banks or asset managers in CLO work, and holds a JD from a top-tier law school with a strong record. NY bar admission is required.

Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
• Active New York Bar admission.
• 3–5 years of experience representing lenders in CLO transactions.
• Experience with acquisition, cross-border financings and syndicated facilities.
• Large law firm background preferred.
• Excellent drafting, analytical and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Represent lenders in acquisition financings and syndicated facilities.
