Black Canyon Consulting is seeking a Mid-Level Solutions Analyst to assess business processes, modernize workflows, and drive operational improvement initiatives. You will document current-state workflows, partner with stakeholders and technical teams, and support pilot testing of proposed solutions.
You should have 5+ years of experience in process analysis, map workflows, and identify bottlenecks and opportunities for automation, while ensuring compliance with policies and controls.
Black Canyon Consulting (BCC) is searching for a Mid-Level Solutions Analyst to support business process assessment, workflow modernization, and operational improvement initiatives. The Mid-Level Solutions Analyst will work with stakeholders and technical teams to document existing processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop modernized workflows that improve efficiency, consistency, and clarity.
The Mid-Level Solutions Analyst will independently perform structured reviews of business processes, document current-state workflows, identify bottlenecks and redundant activities, and contribute to the development of improved future-state processes.
This position will participate in stakeholder discovery activities, evaluate opportunities for digital tools and automation, develop process documentation and training materials, and support pilot testing and refinement of proposed solutions.
