Responsibilities

• Develop manufacturing processes for aerostructure development and assembly
• Advance technology readiness levels; prototypes, risk reduction, verification and validation
• Advise on new product configurations with design-for-manufacturing in mind
• Author and review assembly plans and test plans and lead Production 3P events
• Build plan development, MRL assessments, tooling methods and assembly processes on composites and metals
• Develop concepts for industrialization and automation
• Develop basis of estimates for engineering projects
• Provide technical leadership to engineers and technicians
• Independently plan work activities with cross-organization collaboration
