Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) is seeking a Quality Systems Specialist to support the Bombers Quality team in Oklahoma City, OK.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Review proposals, contracts, regulatory, program, and customer requirements ensuring early quality involvement in program development.
  • Prepare and maintain Quality directives, policies, processes, procedures, and metrics to ensure deployment of program, contract, customer, regulatory requirements, international standards, and working agreements.
  • Analyze process data, metrics, models, and flows to identify root causes of problems.
  • Participate with stakeholders to develop potential preventive or corrective actions and oversee their implementation.
  • Conduct research, compile, and analyze performance reports and process control statistics to continuously improve process capability.
  • Conduct quality source selection and process reviews of suppliers' ability to meet program quality requirements and support business decisions; develop coordinated responses for management review and approval.
  • Conduct hardware, software, and system-level audits to determine compliance with quality management system standards, configuration assurance, and related business, regulatory, and customer requirements; report results to management.
  • Analyze data to provide material review dispositions for nonconforming materials, parts, and equipment. Work under general direction.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • 3+ years of experience collecting, organizing, analyzing data; summarizing findings; developing conclusions.
  • 3+ years of experience in Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) processes and implementing corrective actions.
  • 2+ years of experience applying quality systems requirements and Industrial Quality Standards including AS9100 and AS9102.
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office Suite applications (including M365).
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • Experience with Records and Information Management (RIM).
  • Experience assembling and delivering key briefings to senior leadership and organization.
  • Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a team environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • 5+ years of experience applying quality systems requirements and Industrial Quality Standards including AS9100 and AS9102.

Total Rewards: Competitive pay, variable compensation, and a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off. Pay range: $74,800 – $101,200. Applications accepted until May 10, 2025.

Education: Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Required.

Security Clearance: Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance; U.S. Citizenship required. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance is required.
