Job summary

Decision Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Mid-Level Program Analyst for an on-site role in Arlington, VA and Washington, DC. The selected candidate will support a Navy Mission Systems program, providing engineering direction and POAM development for new tech insertions and system integration.

A DoD Secret clearance eligibility is required. Responsibilities include scheduling, briefings, and funding/effort tracking.

Qualifications

• Technical understanding of the Department of the Defense C5I network infrastructure, systems hardware and software.
• Understanding of DoD acquisition for integration of joint systems, network integration, cyber, Navy platform systems.
• Understanding of Modular Open Systems Approach to design and implement future capabilities for the Navy.
• Technical writing skills for briefings, white papers, data-calls, and other program office communications.
• Experience managing SharePoint sites.
• Ability to create automated workflows using Power BI and Power Automate.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a qualified Mid-Level Program Analyst in Arlington, VA and Washington, DC. This position is not eligible for hybrid or remote work situations. This is a 100% on-site, in-office position.

Position Description:
