Decision Technologies, Inc. in Arlington, VA is seeking a Mid-Level Installation Analyst to support a US Navy Weapons Engineering and Program Acquisition project.

This 100% on-site role requires eligibility for a DOD SECRET clearance and a proven track record in installing hardware and software on ships. The successful candidate will perform installation planning for new construction ships, review manuals, participate in PARM reviews and Interface Working Groups, and help prepare Certification

Qualifications

• At least 7 years' experience as an Installation Analyst for the U.S. Navy or programs/teams supporting the U.S. Navy.
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant technical discipline desired.
• Active SECRET clearance desired.
• Familiarity with NAVSEA and OPNAV installation instructions and policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical support to install hardware and software on ships.
• Support installation planning for new construction ships, in-service ships receiving upgrades, and ships with systems removed or replaced during depot maintenance cycles.
• Review installation manuals and drawings.
• Participate in PARM reviews, Technical Interchange Meetings, and Interface Working Groups.
• Aid in preparing Combat System Certification documentation.
• Prepare PARM briefings and participate in Installation Working Group meetings.

We are seeking a qualified Mid-Level Installation Analyst in Arlington, VA. This position is not eligible for hybrid or remote work situations. This is a 100% on-site, in-office position.

Position Description

The selectee will perform as the Decision Technologies Installation Analyst for a US Navy Weapons Engineering and Program Acquisition Support contract.

YOU MUST BE ELIGIBLE FOR A DOD SECRET CLEARANCE

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical support to install hardware and software on ships
• Support installation planning for new construction ships, in-service ships receiving upgrades, and ships having systems removed and replaced during depot maintenance cycles
• Review installation manuals and drawings
• Participate in a variety of reviews and meetings, including PARM reviews, Technical Interchange Meetings, and Interface Working Groups
• Aid in preparing Combat System Certification documentation
• Prepare SPM PARM Review briefing materials and participate in Installation Working Group meetings
• Prepare afloat and shore installation policy, process, standards, and training documentation
• Provide installation process execution requirements and software specifications to support tool development
• Apply regulations and policies affecting the installation of Programs of Record (POR) or non-POR systems (i.e., Navy Installation Process Handbooks, NAVSEA Technical Specifications, OPNAV instructions, Joint Fleet Maintenance Manual, etc.)

Required Qualifications

• At least 7 years' experience as an Installation Analyst for the U.S. Navy or for programs/teams supporting the U.S. Navy

Desired Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant technical discipline
• Direct experience as an Installation Analyst with NAVSEA or PEO IWS program offices
• An active SECRET clearance
• Familiarity with NAVSEA and OPNAV installation instructions and policies
• Ability to work effectively with team members and subcontractors from various technical, acquisition, and administrative disciplines
• Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills
• Ability to develop and deliver coherent and concise customer presentations

Travel Requirements

• Limited travel requirements (<10%)
